The Fayette County Democratic Party is on a mission to get everyone to the polls by reaching out to almost 2,200 voters in the county to remind them to vote. We’re on the lookout for friendly volunteers who can knock on doors and hand out our Democratic candidates’ slate cards.

If you’re comfortable using the Mini VAN app, we can provide you with the list number and slate cards to get you started. If you’d like to learn how to use it, we’re happy to teach you.

If you’re not interested in the tech stuff, you and a partner can get a “script” to help you when someone answers the door, along with slate cards to give or leave on the door. Plus, you’ll get a list of 10-12 names and addresses that are close together, so you can make the most of your time. And the best part? You can pick when you want to do this and spread it out over several days, and you get to choose which town or area you’d like to visit!

Just give Becky a call, text, or email, and she’ll set you up with a list that works for you. Once you’re done, send her a copy that includes the contact notes by taking a photo of the list and texting or emailing it to her, or just give her a ring, and she’ll pick it up from you.
