Dear Friends,
I want to be sure you know about a Border Wall scheduled for the Big Bend area including Big Bend National Park and/or Big Bend Ranch State Park. The Wall may include any or all of these: 30 ft. tall physical steel barrier, razor wire, lights and/or technological structures. There is a lot of confusion about whether it is being cancelled. DHS changes the map, but there is no cancellation. Land and materials are being purchased (or taken) and they are proceeding as planned.
Therefore we must remain vigilant and continue to keep the pressure on. Please join me for the rally in Austin. You can sign up on mobilize.us (or you can just show up).
